You must enter the relevant information as requested by the Service to schedule or get a service done. You agree that any information you provide when subscribing is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will update all such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a "User" is an individual who has an account on our Site or App to use our services.


The use or evaluation of our Site, App, and Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and, where applicable, Cancellation Policy.

Information Collection


1. The information we collect


The Worka HQ collects personal data from users, such as when they register an account or when they use our services, such as their location, app usage, and device data.

We make every effort to offer a link to our Privacy Policy and other relevant terms, such as our Terms of Use, wherever Worka collects Personal Information.


We Collect Information from Users


We only collect personal information from you when you use our App to order services, when you fill out a customer survey, or when you use cookies. Users provide us with Personal Information, which includes but is not limited to:

First and last names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, state, IP address, and date of birth are all required.


Concerning Children Information


Our Services are not available to minors due to the nature of our business. The Worka HQ does not intentionally request Personal Information directly from or about persons under the age of 16 except for beneficiary information as indicated above.

Please do not submit any Personal Information to Worka if you are under the age of 16.
